Hello everyone, my name is Tyler. Born and raised just south of Pittsburgh PA. INTERNACHI certified CPI. Ever since a small child I have always had a love for buildings and architecture. I was that kid drawing sketches of homes by pencil and paper on plain white printer sheets, Playing sims on the computer just to create homes of my visions. I opened Lock and Key as a part of my lifetime dream to see as much architecture as possible on a daily basis.

Very buyer and seller friendly, points out heavy detail on property for buyers but will break down if it’s mild wear and tear and cost friendly or if it’s a more expensive/destructive detail. Helping the seller as well to allow there buyers to know certain things are expected or common on fixer uppers. Not overlooking anything on both ends.If your looking for a high quality inspector fair to both parties I highly recommended him and will definitely use him again.
